Privacy Policy

What we collect. Applications collect the fields shown on each form, including name, Taal Mil ID, date, and any requested contact or location details. We never ask applicants for passwords or OTP codes.

How it is used. Submitting a form saves your application privately in Lovable Cloud for review by authorized staff. Host and agency applications also notify our team through Slack. WhatsApp and email messages are prepared separately: you must press Send yourself.

Application evaluation. Lovable AI evaluates relevant application answers against internal recruitment criteria. Earnings, contact details and identity fields are excluded from scoring. Applicant statements remain unverified; staff may add documented verification, interview notes, appeals and reasoned score adjustments. Evaluation and score history are private to authorized staff. Scores never automatically approve or reject an application, and are not official Taal Mil rankings or authorization. Contact us for human review or correction.

Third parties. Lovable Cloud stores records, Lovable AI assists evaluation, Slack delivers application alerts, and WhatsApp or your email provider delivers messages under their own privacy terms. Registration links open Taal Mil, which applies its own policies.

Visitor and referral tracking. Without consent we record unlinked page and button events, timestamps, referring source, approximate country, device and browser type. With consent we add random first-party browser/session references and campaign details. Where supplied reliably by our hosting provider, we also record your IP address with the visit or download-click reference and timestamp. We do not fingerprint devices or determine precise location, and we do not use advertising trackers.

IP evidence and retention. IP records are visible only to the owner and expire after 90 days; expired records are excluded from access immediately and deleted when the next IP record is saved. An IP may be shared or changed by mobile networks, shared Wi-Fi or VPNs. It does not prove a person's identity, app installation, Taal Mil registration or agency membership. Any membership claim requires independent verification.

Referral claim evidence. The owner may record a voluntarily provided Taal Mil ID, relevant website references, notes and authorized screenshots or documents for referral review. Claims, private proof files and timestamped review history are accessible only to the owner. Uploaded evidence does not automatically verify a registration or membership. Contact us to request correction or deletion of evidence concerning you.

Claim-linked profiles and partner confirmations. The owner can review recorded history and evaluate voluntarily supplied recruitment statements against internal profiles. Same-ID applications and browser references are possible links, not verified identity. Signed confirmations received through an authorized partner connection are stored separately from manual reviews, with event dates and unique references. The connection is not active until Taal Mil agrees to it.

Change tracking choices. Rejecting below stops future browser-reference and IP collection. To request deletion of previous records, contact us using the email below.
